My car blew up and I had to get it fixed, it was going to take a week to fix, so I looked at every single car rental place and I couldn't find a cheap hire. They were all 60$ and higher a day with only a 100kms limit. I saw yellow truck rentals and they were the cheapest by far with a limit of 200kms a day. I went in there to pick up the car and the lady there was so lovely and helpful and she checked over the car to make sure i wasnt charged for anything someone else had done, the car was shmick, brand new and such a nice car to drive. I absolutely 💯 % recommend this place to everyone! I will definitely hire from Yellow Truck rentals again.

Fantastic experience! Everyone there is super friendly, the truck was brand new and easy to drive, and the pick up and return process painless. And they are open on Sunday, unlike practically every other hire place, which meant that we could just have it for the day, instead of having to have it for the whole weekend just for 1 day's work. Highly recommend!

Great customer service & true value for money. Really liked the way that they handled the condition handover, really transparent and honest, encouraged us to take photos etc. so that both parties were protected. Some places can make you feel pretty insecure about handing over a $ deposit, but these guys handled it really well! It was also returned w. invoice the next day (on a Sunday) which was a nice surprise :-). The truck itself was great, no issues or complaints. We were able to pack a full house worth of furniture and get it all moved in one trip!

Shaun at the Jandakot location is an absolute gem. Outstanding customer service, so easy to deal with. Better prices than we have found else where too. Can’t recommend them high enough

The cost for renting a good brand of the vehicle is great. They lost the one star because the car was not that presentable, particularly the inside. Maybe just need to confirm that next time. 🙂

Awesome experience every time. Highly recommend these guys! Super fast responding and very accomodating to your requests. Extremely simple, crystal clear process. Great rates with no hidden costs or charges. Really friendly and just a great company.. definitely recommend for moving anywhere... Used the moving truck with hydraulic gate... Awesome!!!!!
